Corporate LLM: an AI assistant that knows what your company knows
Every company has knowledge stored in manuals, emails, quotes and the heads of individual employees. A corporate LLM makes it searchable: your team asks a question in plain language and gets an answer that points to the source. We build the assistant so that your data is processed in the EU and each person sees only what they are allowed to see.
Overview
Corporate LLM
An AI assistant that answers questions from your company’s knowledge: manuals, policies, quotes. With access rights and data in the EU.
Who it is for
- Companies with many manuals, policies and project documents
- Teams where new employees spend a long time looking for answers
- Businesses with confidential data that do not want to use a public chat service

Data in the EU
With many AI services, inputs are processed outside the EU. Together with you we choose a setup in which your documents and your team’s questions stay in the EU, and we put it in writing in the offer. A data processing agreement must be possible with the provider. The legal assessment for your business is for your legal adviser.
Who may see what
An assistant that knows everything is risky: the salary list does not belong in every answer. So we reproduce the access rights of your existing storage as far as it allows, and we use test questions to check that nobody gets answers from documents they may not open.
How it works
At the start we choose with you the documents the assistant should know. That usually takes two to three working days. Then we prepare the sources, set the access rights and build the assistant so that your data stays in the EU. Next we test it with a list of real questions from your daily work, correct what is wrong and brief your team. Finally the assistant goes into operation. Overall we usually allow fifteen to thirty working days, depending on the volume and condition of the documents. That is a guide value, not a promise. Scans that are hard to read or contradictory documents lengthen the preparation.
How you measure success
The list of test questions serves as the yardstick: for how many questions is the answer correct and backed by the right source? You ask the same list again after some weeks, so you can see the development. Also count how often the assistant honestly says “I do not know” instead of inventing something. In operation, the use per week and the response time in seconds show whether it is accepted. Compare how long your team needed for a piece of information before and how many questions to colleagues are still needed today. You measure this on a small sample. We never rule out errors. We do not promise a particular success rate or time saving.

Frequently asked questions
Are our documents used to train other companies’ models?
We rule that out when choosing the provider. We check the contract terms before we propose a provider and put the result in the offer. The legal assessment is for your legal adviser.
Can the assistant be wrong?
Yes, any AI can be wrong. That is why it shows the source for every answer, says so when it finds nothing, and is meant for information you can check, not for legally or financially binding decisions.
Which documents suit the assistant?
Manuals, work instructions, minutes and information sheets in a readable form suit it well, for example as text, an Office file or a PDF with real text. Outdated or contradictory versions should be removed first, otherwise the assistant gives outdated answers. You decide which documents go in. We make the selection with you in the first two to three working days.
How does the knowledge of the assistant stay up to date?
The assistant knows only the state of the documents we have read in. If a document changes, it must be read in again, otherwise the old version stays in circulation. Before the start we agree with you who adds new documents and how often the collection is updated, and we show this during the briefing.
What does a corporate LLM cost?
That depends on the amount of documents, the number of users and the hosting. You receive a written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval. We list the running fees for hosting and AI providers in the offer.
