Content strategy and copywriting: texts your customers understand
A beautiful website with weak texts achieves little. We first ask what your customers want to know before they get in touch and plan the topics from that. Then we write simply and clearly, in your language and with your real facts, not with empty advertising phrases.
Overview
Content strategy and copywriting
We find out what your customers want to know and write texts that answer it simply and clearly, for people and for search engines.
Who it is for
- Businesses whose texts are outdated or too complicated
- Practices, law firms and consultancies who want to answer their customers’ questions
- Anyone who wants to start a blog or guide section but does not know where to begin
What is included
A questionnaire on your audience, your offer and the questions customers ask most
A topic plan: which pages and articles bring you enquiries
Texts for service pages, the about page and guides in plain language
Headlines and descriptions that Google can display well
Questions and answers that AI search can understand as well
Technical details checked by you before anything is published
Written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval
No invented facts
We write only what is true and what you confirm to us: services, hours, prices, references. Reviews, figures or customers that do not exist never go on the page.
A plan instead of chance
Instead of writing something at some point, we decide which questions your customers ask, which page answers each one and what comes first. That way your online presence grows with a goal and not on a whim.
How it works
We start with a questionnaire about your target group, your offer and the questions customers ask most, which you fill in within about half an hour. From it comes the topic plan in three to five working days: which pages and articles are needed and in what order. After your approval we write the texts, usually two to three working days per page. You check every text for accuracy, and nothing appears without your yes. Two rounds of corrections finish the work, then we build the texts in. For a website of up to ten pages we allow ten to fifteen working days altogether. That is a guide value, not a promise.
How you measure success
You recognise good texts by what visitors do afterwards. For each page, measure the clicks and impressions in Search Console, the time on the page and how far visitors scroll. Count the enquiries through the form and compare with the time before the new texts. Another measure is follow-up questions: if customers still email the questions that the text answers, it needs sharpening. Readability can also be measured, for example by sentence length. New texts need weeks before Google ranks them. We cannot promise a particular position or number of enquiries.

Frequently asked questions
Do you write in German, English and Greek?
Yes. We write in German, English and Greek, and each version is worded naturally instead of translated word for word.
Can I bring my own texts?
Yes. We edit them, shorten and order them and make them easier to read. We do not change anything factual without your approval.
How long until new texts show up on Google?
Google often takes in new pages after a few days. Until a text ranks well for search terms, weeks to months usually pass, and sometimes it does not succeed because other pages are stronger. We register the pages in Search Console and watch with you which search terms bring visitors. We do not promise a ranking.
Who checks the factual details?
You do. We write only what you confirm: services, times, references, requirements. We submit every text to you for review before publication, and for practices and law firms also for review by your legal adviser where professional rules matter. Statements that we cannot substantiate are left out. Invented figures, reviews or customers do not exist with us.
What does it cost?
If we build your website anew, taking over and improving your existing texts is included in the fixed price of 2,990 € net for up to 10 pages. For a topic plan and new texts you receive a written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval.

We would be glad to show you what your new website can look like.
