Email marketing and newsletters: a newsletter that reaches your customers
A newsletter reaches people who already know your business and want to hear from you again. It belongs to you: you do not depend on the rules of a social media platform. We set up the system, design the template and build a sign-up with confirmation by email (double opt-in).
Overview
Email marketing and newsletters
We set up your newsletter: a sign-up on your website, a template in your design and an automatic welcome email.
Who it is for
- Shops with customers who should come back
- Practices and consultancies that want to inform their customers regularly
- Businesses with promotions, news or courses
What is included
Choosing the right tool, for example Mailchimp, Brevo or Shopify Email
A sign-up form on your website with confirmation by email (double opt-in)
A newsletter template in your design that also looks good on a phone
An automatic welcome email for new subscribers
Unsubscribing with one click and clean management of consents
A guide to sending a newsletter yourself
Written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval
With consent, otherwise not
You may only send advertising emails to people who have agreed. We build the sign-up so that the consent is stored in a way that can be proven. We refuse purchased address lists. The legal assessment in an individual case is for your legal adviser.
Less is more
A good newsletter has one topic, one action and a sender people know. We help you find a rhythm that you can also keep up.
How it works
First we clarify what the newsletter should achieve and who writes it, and we choose the tool for it. Then we build the sign-up form with confirmation by email (double opt-in) and design the template in your style. The welcome email follows, which new subscribers receive automatically. Before the start we send test emails and check them in several mail programs, on a phone and on a desktop. Finally we instruct you so that you can send newsletters yourself. This usually takes five to ten working days. That is a guide value, not a promise, and it also depends on how quickly you supply texts and images.
How you measure success
Compare what can be counted: the number of sign-ups per month and the share of people who confirm their sign-up. Add the click rate on links in the newsletter, the unsubscribe rate and deliverability, that is, how many emails arrive. The open rate is imprecise, because privacy features of many mail programs often report emails as opened even when nobody reads them. More telling are the enquiries that reach you through links in the newsletter. Note the values over several issues. How many people sign up or enquire, we cannot promise.

Frequently asked questions
Which tool is the right one?
That depends on your business. Shopify shops often manage with Shopify Email, others use Brevo or Mailchimp. We give you the pros and cons, including the running costs of the provider.
Do you also write the newsletters?
On request yes, that is then a separate job with an offer. We also show you how to write and send your newsletters yourself so that you are not dependent.
May I load my existing customer list?
Only if the people have agreed to receive promotional emails from you. An address from an earlier enquiry is often not sufficient consent. The legal assessment in each case lies with your legal adviser. If in doubt, invite the contacts again by double opt-in. We import only addresses for which you can prove consent.
Why do newsletters sometimes end up in the spam folder?
Mail programs check whether the sender is genuine and whether recipients want the emails. We set up the sender address with the usual proofs of authenticity, for example SPF and DKIM, and we keep the list clean. Test emails show before the start where they arrive. That every email reaches the inbox nobody can promise, because the recipient’s program decides.
What does the setup cost?
That depends on scope, for example the number of templates and automatic emails. You receive a written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval.
