UX and UI design: try it first, then build it
UX means visitors find their way without thinking. UI means it looks good and is consistent. We draw your site or app in Figma as a clickable prototype first. You click through it before the first line of code exists. Changes are easier on a screen than in a finished program.
Overview
UX and UI design
Before anything is built, you see it: a clickable prototype to try out and a design system that keeps all pages and apps consistent.
Who it is for
- Businesses planning an app or a customer portal
- Shops and websites whose handling raises questions today
- Teams that want several pages or products to look consistent
What is included
Clarifying your goals and the most important paths of your visitors
Rough sketches of the pages (wireframes)
A Figma prototype for phone and desktop that you try yourself
Colours, type, buttons and spacing as a design system
Access to the Figma files if you want it
Handover to development, with us or with your own team
Written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval
What a design system is
A design system defines once for everything how your buttons, headings, forms and colours look. New pages then look like your business straight away, and everything stays consistent even when several people work on it.
Why not build straight away?
Because on the prototype you can still change paths and texts without anything having to be reprogrammed. Mistakes show up before they cost money.
How it works
We start with a conversation about goals and visitors: who uses the site or app, what do they want to achieve, where does it stick today? From that, rough sketches of the most important pages follow, usually after three to five working days. Then we build the clickable prototype in Figma for phone and desktop and, if you wish, have three to five people from your target group try it. The findings feed into the design system with colours, typeface, buttons and spacing. Finally we hand everything over to development. Depending on the number of pages and flows, this takes ten to twenty working days. That is a guide value, not a promise.
How you measure success
A clickable prototype can be measured before a line of code exists. Give three to five people a task, for example to book an appointment, and count: how many manage without help? How long do they take? How many clicks are needed? Where do they hesitate or go wrong? You compare these figures after every change to the draft. After launch, real figures are added: the abandonment rate in the form, the number of enquiries and the number of questions customers send by email. Fewer questions often show that the path has become clearer. A small group shows problems, but it does not deliver percentages.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know Figma?
No. You get a link, open it in your browser and click through. You write comments right at the spot you mean.
Can someone else build from the design?
Yes. The design and the design system are set up so that any developer can work with them.
How does a test with the prototype work?
We give test people a task, such as booking an appointment, and watch where they hesitate. They think aloud while they click. This takes about half an hour per person. We summarise what confused several people in the same way and change the draft. For the test you need people from your target group, and we help with selecting them.
What do I have in hand at the end?
The finished prototype as a link, on request the Figma files with all pages and states, and the design system with colours, typefaces and building blocks. Plus a short description of the most important paths. With these documents any developer can work, with us or in your team.
What does UX and UI design cost?
That depends on the number of pages and flows. You receive a written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval.
