Who it is for

  • Businesses with many similar enquiries by email or form
  • Companies that write quotes to a fixed pattern
  • Anyone who copies data between several programs by hand

What is included

A joint review: which task costs you the most time today

Enquiries are sorted and answered, at first as a draft

Quotes and documents prepared from templates and approved by you

Matching and upkeep of customer and product data between your programs

A log of what happened automatically and when

An introduction in plain language

Written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval

The person stays in charge

We let the AI prepare, not decide. A quote or a reply only goes out once you have seen it. For routines that never change, the approval step can be dropped later. That is your decision.

Start small

We first automate one task that is clearly defined and comes up often, and check in daily use whether it really takes work off your hands. Only then comes the next one.

How it works

We begin with a joint review of one to two working days: which task costs you the most time today, and how exactly does it run? From that we choose a task that occurs often and is clearly defined. We map out the process and agree where you approve. Then we build the automation and test it with real sample data. A single task is usually in operation after five to ten working days. After that we watch it in the log for a few weeks and adjust the rules. Only then comes the next task. That is a guide value, not a promise.

How you measure success

Measure the automation against your own working time. Before the start, time how many minutes one case takes, for example sorting and answering an enquiry, and count how many of them arise per week. After the start the log shows how many cases were prepared automatically, how many drafts you approved unchanged and how many you corrected. The number of corrections shows how reliable the rules are. The time between receipt and reply counts too. From minutes per case and the number of cases you can work out your saving yourself. We do not promise a particular saving.

Matching projects

Frequently asked questions

Which programs can be connected?

Anything with an interface or an email connection, for example Gmail, Microsoft 365, Google Sheets, your shop or your booking system. We check this beforehand.

What happens if the automation makes a mistake?

That is what the log and the approval step are for. Mistakes show up before they reach the customer, and we adjust the rules afterwards.

Do I need special software for this?

Usually not. We use what you already have: your mailbox, your spreadsheets, your shop or your booking system. Whether a connection is possible we check in the review. Sometimes a connection service is added. We state its running fees in the offer so that you know from the start what comes up each month.

What happens if a connected program changes?

Then a connection can fail. That is why we build in an alert: if something drops out, you hear about it instead of tasks lying unnoticed. Smaller adjustments are usually quick. For larger changes you receive a written fixed-price offer beforehand. The log shows what happened automatically up to the failure.

What does automation cost?

That depends on the task. You receive a written fixed-price offer before we start, payment only after approval. We list running fees of services and AI providers in the offer.
