Is maintenance required after AEN delivers a site?

Accepted Answer

Not required, but recommended for production sites. Modern static stacks (Next.js on Vercel) need less maintenance than WordPress, but security updates, content freshness, and performance monitoring still matter. Sites without maintenance typically see ranking decay 6-12 months post-launch.

Can AEN take over maintenance of a site we built ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if the stack is compatible. AEN maintains: Next.js, Astro, React, Vue, Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, WordPress (basic). We don't maintain: Wix, Squarespace (platform-locked), legacy PHP, Java apps.

How fast does AEN respond to urgent issues?

Essential tier: 24-business-hour response. Active tier: 4-business-hour response. Strategic tier: same-business-hour response for critical issues. Critical = site down, payment failures, security breach. Non-critical = content updates, minor design changes.
